Individual lease agreements are designed to provide residents with peace of mind. Unlike a joint lease agreement, individual leases mean that the student is only financially responsible for their space. If your roommate moves or transfers, you will not be held accountable for their portion of the rent.

For resident convenience, rent covers utilities such as Internet access, water, sewer, and trash removal services.
At The Marshall, we treat resident concerns as a top priority. To submit a work order, simply fill out a maintenance request on our online resident portal, call our leasing office, or visit our front desk staff in person. Our maintenance team will respond to the request in a professional and timely manner. For emergencies, notify our office immediately to be connected to our 24-hour emergency maintenance line.
